Privacy policy

This site collects data through one channel only: the form on the Contact page. No other page gathers information about you.

The form asks for your name, email address, the subject of your enquiry and its description. Company and telephone are optional. We also record the IP address of the submission and the site language, solely to limit automated sending.

This data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry and to follow it up commercially. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your message is held in our admin area while it is being handled, then archived. An enquiry with no follow-up is deleted no later than three years after the last exchange.

Only authorised staff at SITECH INDUSTRIE, each with a named, password-protected account. A copy of the message is emailed to our contact address, hosted on our own domain.

This site sets no advertising cookies and no trackers, and calls no external service: no remote fonts, no maps, no social buttons, no third-party analytics. Nothing you read here is passed to another company.

One technical cookie may be set, and only in the admin area reserved for our team, to keep the session open. A visitor to the public site receives none.

We count page views in order to know what interests our visitors. This measurement is performed by the site itself, with no external service and no cookie.

No IP address is retained. To tell two visitors apart without identifying them, the site computes a one-way fingerprint combining your address, your browser, a secret specific to this installation and the current date. Because the date is part of the calculation, the fingerprint changes every night: it cannot recognise you from one day to the next, nor be traced back to your address.

We then keep only a total per page and per day, for two years.

You may request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or its deletion. Write to us from the Contact page or at the email address shown there: we reply within thirty days.

The site is served over HTTPS. Our team's passwords are stored hashed, admin logins are rate-limited and protected by two-factor authentication. Messages received are stored in a database that is not reachable from the web.

This policy may change. Any substantial modification will be flagged on this page.
